pagar el 2% sobre la facturaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Humberto Alvarado, asamble\u00edsta electo por Los R\u00edos, inform\u00f3 que est\u00e1n recibiendo inducci\u00f3n para adaptarse a la digitalizaci\u00f3n de las reuniones y adem\u00e1s se est\u00e1n adaptando los cub\u00edculos con divisiones de acr\u00edlico y medidas de bioseguridad para controlar la contaminaci\u00f3n en los momentos presenciales, especialmente para la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Asamblea Nacional el 14 de mayo, d\u00f3nde no habr\u00e1 invitados.<\/p><p>Afirm\u00f3 que una de sus primeras acciones para estabilizar al pa\u00eds y activar el sector agr\u00edcola ser\u00e1 derogar la mal llamada Ley Humanitaria porque es causante del desempleo de muchos ecuatorianos, que sus liquidaciones fueran irrisorias y que obliga a pagar el 2% sobre la facturaci\u00f3n a los peque\u00f1os y medianos empresarios.\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a paralizar la Ley de Defensa de la Dolarizaci\u00f3n, que es un nombre puesto para hacerle creer a la poblaci\u00f3n que hay un peligro de la dolarizaci\u00f3n, ya que es inconstitucional y qui\u00e9nes manejar\u00e1n el Banco Central ser\u00e1 la banca
