Borrero es un m\u00e9dico con una trayectoria de 40 a\u00f1os y asegur\u00f3 que transformar\u00e1 el sistema de salud del Ecuador.<\/p><p>El Vicepresidente, as\u00ed mismo cumplir\u00e1 y acatar\u00e1 las Normas de Comportamiento \u00c9tico Gubernamental dispuestas por esta Administraci\u00f3n, promulgadas en Decreto Ejecutivo Nro. 7 del 24 de mayo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column
